I’ve spent my career helping businesses grow and keep their customers happy, working across health, SaaS, finance, and telecom industries. I’ve worn many hats—sales, account management, and my favorite, customer success—but at the core, I’ve always been focused on building strong relationships and finding the right solutions to help businesses and their customers succeed.
What I love most about my work is seeing the real impact of what I do—whether it’s helping a client get the most out of a product, guiding them through renewals, or uncovering new opportunities for growth. I believe success comes from being proactive, listening to customers, and always looking for ways to improve their experience.
Outside of work, I’m an active cyclist and love cooking and learning new things—whether it’s perfecting a new recipe or diving into the latest trends in customer success.
On a personal note, I recently started an exciting new chapter as a newlywed, and I’m enjoying every moment of this journey.
Right now, I’m looking to take the next step in my Customer Success career—finding new ways to grow, take on fresh challenges, and continue making a real difference for businesses and their customers.
